  3. a lot of things a diabetic shouldn´t eat, i have diabetes type 2 and i
    don´t eat white flours, white sugars, grains and othing that can trigger my
    diabetes, i eat mostly raw foods, and white meat, fish, i drink milk
    whitout lactose and grease, this kind of foods are so bad for diabetics,
    cause causes you to take more insulin and medicines, i never take
    medicines, only my diet and my levels are 135 after eat and 110 to 120
    before, always, i think the only sustitute is diet and control!!!
