ReplyDeletenaturally treatment told by my buddy, my blood sugar dropped from 310 to 98
I am attempting to go to your website, but it says suspended? I want to
ReplyDeleteknow how to get the software. Thank you.
Hi there, Thank you so much for your nice reply. You and I have the same
ReplyDeletetaste: the fruity candy. Chocolate is much too rich when you are away from
it for quite a while. I can feel sick after one bite. Thanks again for your
input.
Is this website down? Every time I try to go there, I get a screen reading
ReplyDelete"Index of /"... and nothing else. Can someone help me get to this page,
please?
Hi, have you heard about "Belly Fat Blaze" (just google it)? On their
ReplyDeletewebsite you can watch a helpful free video. It helped Sonya to get rid of
her stomach fat. It might work for you as well.
Been diabetic for half of my life good thing rocalabs help me a lot by
ReplyDeletecontrolling my sugar level and at the same time help me lose weight.
That isn't 45, It is 4.5 which is excellent. Only the US uses meters
ReplyDeletecalibrated to to their own scale. Most of the rest of the world uses a
different calibration. To do a rough conversion from one standard to the
other multiply or divide by 18.
Can't emphasize enough how important a well balanced, healthy diet is,
ReplyDeleteESPECIALLY if you have diabetes.

My husband is on Take Shape For Life.
ReplyDelete@goSKINNYexpert What program is your husband on? Maybe I have not heard of
ReplyDeleteit and there is something I can learn from it.
@tharuc5 I had not heard of it. I will check it out and see if there are
ReplyDeleteany things that are really good and if so and they are not already part of
the Optimized Diet I will include them. That is how the Optimized Diet came
to be. As I was searching for answers for myself I would find some really
good things and areas that were weak and could be improved upon. THanks for
the new line of reasearch. :)
Try Paleo, it's a much easier way to eat. I'm a Type 1 and my A1C is
ReplyDeleteperfect. Read Why We Get Fat. 50% Carbs especially grains is a major part
of the problem for Type II.
Hi.. I looked at it.. and my question is why do it like that when you can
ReplyDeletecure it another way that is more fulfilling, as in.. you can eat as much
food as you care for. Just eliminate the cause of the disease, fat. :)
Check out the Starch Solution by Dr McDougall.
Why do you want to control your diabetes type 2 when you can get rid of it
ReplyDeletecompletely? I encourage all of you to look at Dr McDougall and the Starch
Solution. It is a high carb high calorie diet, that removes the main reason
of diabetes type 2, which is fat. Wish you all the best! :)
@TomaGrubb Check out the Dr McDougalls "The Starch Solution" High carb, low
ReplyDeletefat, low protein, that is the way to go.. :)
There is some serious debate by health activists, regarding fish oil versus
ReplyDeleteflax seed oil. I'm still trying to figure out which is better, but there is
so much conflicting evidence from both sides, I remain unsure. As a
vegetarian I'd prefer flax, but if fish would be significantly better for
my health, I'll take that instead. Any opinions in this matter, besides
telling viewers to take either one?
I have type 2 diabetes and its very hard to follow a diabitec diet,,I have
ReplyDeletetalked to the dietician and she really isnt sure what to tell me
either,,,my numbers run 178 to 165 because of my ostomy problem I absorb
very little of what I eat,,I have to have more calories to sustain my
weight,,but then that affects the diabetes,,either way I go so I eat what
ever,,
@LydiaMutowo Very low carb, that is the way to go. Diabetes, at least type
ReplyDelete2 is a carbohydrate metabolism disorder.
@leelyndaa: How does funugreek lower blood sugar? Does it cause your
ReplyDeletepancreas to release insulin or does it lower your tissue resistance to
insulin?
@MopDMTBARTL: Uh, Uh.....Marijuana kill cancer? Can you enlighten me as to
ReplyDeleteyour source for this wonderful piece of information......because I have
never heard it before. Do you happen to listen to Dreamland on the radio?
