  2. Hey I will be starting on tomorrow. My starting weight is 157. I will give
    you an update. . I wanna be 135. So if this works I will be doing it more
    than 7 days to help. I am doing T25, the ab challenge, the squat
    challenge and the arm challenge for my work out. I am on my second week
    now and Ive been seeing a gain instead of a loss, so probably the eating.
    But hopefully (cross fingers) this will give me the weight loss boost I
    need. Thanks and good luck, for the both of us

  4. Just a tip with your food intake incorporate a few vegetables it's always
    good and for the greek yogurt, try 100% plain with fresh fruit, granola or
    flaxseed and LOTS OF WATER good luck to you...

  10. OMG we are in the same boat! 2012 I went from 165 to 135 but I got back up
    to 151 over this winter, right now I'm 147. I love working out but I also
    love eating stuff I know isn't good for me. I'm doing this detox challenge
    with you. My goal is to get back down to 135 by the time it warms up.
